4. Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. Colours, styles and presentation may vary slightly due to display or framing methods.

All memorabilia is sold as signed display items.

Unless expressly stated as official club shop, match worn, or manufacturer merchandise, garments may be replica or third-party sourced items obtained for display and autograph purposes.

The value of the product is attributed primarily to the autograph(s) and display presentation rather than the garment manufacturer.

Where certificates of authenticity are supplied, these relate to the signature(s) only, not the shirt or garment brand unless specifically stated.

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify products or services at any time without notice.

5. Pre-Orders

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering and are non-refundable. Dispatch dates are subject to change without notice. By placing a pre-order, you accept potential delays beyond the estimated fulfilment window.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the point of sale.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch products promptly, but delivery times may vary. We accept no liability for delays beyond our control. Delivery times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We use reputable third-party courier services to deliver all orders. Once your order has been dispatched and is in the possession of the courier, the risk passes to you, the customer.

Please note:

  • We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage once the courier has recorded the item as delivered.
  • This includes circumstances where parcels are signed for by neighbours, reception staff, or other third parties at the delivery address.
  • If you request delivery to a safe place or agree for an item to be left without a signature, you accept full responsibility in the event of loss or damage.

We recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive and sign for the item at the delivery address provided. Any disputes regarding delivery must be raised directly with the courier service used. We are happy to assist with tracking details but cannot guarantee outcomes once delivery has been marked as complete.

8. Returns and Refunds

You may return non-customised goods within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Pre-orders and personalised items are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@hobbsmemorabilia.co.uk.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence. Late claims may be refused.

10. Lifetime Guarantee – Authenticated Signatures

We provide a lifetime guarantee that all signatures sold are authentic.

This guarantee applies to the autograph(s) only and does not cover:

  1. Shirt or garment manufacturer authenticity
  2. Replica or third-party sourced garments
  3. Framing, mounts, or display materials
  4. Wear, fading, or accidental damage

If authenticity is disputed, verification must be obtained from two recognised independent authentication services at the buyer’s expense before any claim can be processed.

11. Framing Disclaimer

Framing is carried out with care to preserve presentation. However, display mounting may involve minor, non-visible alterations such as pins, stitching or adhesives.

We are not liable for:

  1. UV fading or light exposure
  2. Fabric stress from mounting
  3. Damage caused by improper storage or display
  4. Natural ageing of materials

Frames and mounts are display enhancements and not collectible components unless expressly stated.

12. User-Uploaded Images & Content Policy

When uploading images or content to our platform or submitting them via email or order forms:

  1. You affirm that you own or have permission to use the image or content.
  2. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, edit, print, or display your content for the purposes of fulfilling your order.
  3. You may not upload any material that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or infringes on third-party rights.
  4. You must not upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files.
  5. We are not liable for any data breach or unauthorised access once the images are transmitted.
  6. Uploaded images may be retained on our secure systems for up to 12 months and then deleted.
